I like to say that working as a professional organizer is my third life. After spending 28 years working in domestic and international sales in jet engine maintenance, I decided it was time for a change. I made the brilliant decision to go into residential real estate during the Great Recession.
​
I spent a lot of time decluttering, organizing, and staging my clients’ homes. In many cases, I was someone’s second or third agent. I would tell them “If you don’t get this place together, you’re just helping the other 12 houses on the street sell.”
​​
​It worked out so well, that many said “It’s never looked so good. Now I hate to sell!” I discovered I loved how organizing and productivity coaching transformed people’s lives. So here I am, in my third and best life - bringing calm, peace, and beauty into my clients’ homes.​ Hundreds of homes and over 10,000 hours of experience later, I'm confident we can make you love your home again!

KJE - I played intramural flag football in college and co-ed flag football after college.

HO - What is your background?
KJE - I worked in commercial interior design before working for HO. I have 3 bachelor's degrees in interior design, economics, & management information services.

HO - What is your personal experience with organization & healthy habit formation?
KJE - I believe that organization can become a habit by first having a place for everything. Once you create a home for your belongings it's easy to maintain order. Once I created a space for everything in my own home, my husband and son were able stay organized.​

CW - This may sound crazy, but I enjoy organizing!

CW - I have a golden doodle named Finn and two children, Zoe, 19, and Max, 14.

CW - MA in Mental Health Counseling from NYU.
I also worked in real estate after moving to Texas
and helped clients prepare their homes for sale.

CW - Put things away instead of putting things down. This way, you don't have a pile you need to go back to.​

KK - I love to travel! I have been to 6 continents, 54 countries, & 37 states. My favorite places are Italy (food), Egypt (history), & New Zealand (scenery).

KK - I have a bachelor's & master's degrees in journalism. I worked for newspapers for 26 years.

​HO - What got you interested in organizing?
KK - I learned I might be good at it when moving my mom out of her house of 25 years. I was a decluttering whirlwind lol!

KK - Put it away now. The simplest habit is to return items to their designated spot.
